SSD - Services for Students with Disabilities:

Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD), is the branch of the College Board that manages special accommodations for their suite of exams (SAT, PSAT, SAT Subject Tests, AP Exams).  Students who regularly use accommodations, have an approved plan (IEP/504/etc.) and have proper cognitive and achievement testing may be eligible to receive accommodations through the College Board.  We recommend registering for test accommodations no later than the spring of the sophomore yearIf you need additional information, see the College Board link below.

Please note that:

- Families need to turn in a signed Parent Consent Form from College Board to the SSD Coordinator.

- The approval process may take up to 8 weeks

- Once approved, the accommodations are in effect for all College Board tests (SAT/AP/PSAT) and no more paperwork needs to be done.

- MHS will help facilitate the process, however, the decision is solely made by College Board and approval is not guaranteed even if your child currently receives test accommodations at MHS

Please contact Millis High School's SSD Coordinator, Riley Dunn, if you have any questions.  She can be reached by phone at 508-376-7023 or email at [email protected].
