Amnesty International
Advisor: Mr. Fallon
A worldwide movement of people who campaign for internationally recognized human rights.  AI  is independent of any government, political ideology, economic interest or religion.  The Millis chapter does its best to urge world leaders to respect these rights by writing letters, participating in rallies and spreading information about violations.

Art Club
Advisor: Mrs. Haggerty
Created to celebrate and appreciate the arts and their places in education and the real world.  Visits museums to further artistic comprehension, hold workshops to help exercise artistic abilities. Art Club and National Art Honor Society strive to inspire and recognize students who have shown outstanding abilities and interest in art.  Our mission includes bringing visual arts education to the attention of the school and community and involvement in arts-related service projects.

Common Ground
Advisor: Mrs. Mannion
Common Ground is the diversity/Gay Straight Alliance Organization for Millis High School. Goal is for school safety for all students. Promote tolerance through various activities.  Unity through Diversity.

Debate Club
Advisor: Mr. Kraby
We discuss and debate various topics. Students learn how to debate effectively and passionately about topics that are relevant to society today.

Drama Club
Advisor: Mrs. Bartley
 All students are welcomed to join.  There are numerous opportunities to become a part of the production: acting, stage crew, props manager, hair/make-up , stage design and costume manager.    Meets Monday and Tuesday, 3-7 in Auditorium.

HS Book Group
Advisors: Mrs. Boissy and Mrs. Divver,  
Students in grades 9-12 read a book that is selected by the group or discuss “great reads” as book talks. Meetings will vary for before-school, lunch and evening meetings (at the Millis Public Library.) New members are always welcome!

Leo's Club
Advisor: Mr. Caulfield
The Leo’s was established to benefit the school, the community and those participating in the club itself.

Advisors: Mrs. Divver and Mr. Carter
Students grade 9-12 interested in journalism meet once a week during lunch to discuss issues of interest concerning school, town, MA and the world.  Students write articles, take pictures, draw cartoons, etc.

Peer Leadership
Advisors: Mr. Bigelow and Riley Dunn
Peer Leaders are considered “role models” within the school community and volunteer their time and energy toward helping and educating others.  The Peer Leaders are currently working on establishing a Big Brother/Sister Program and a Peer Mediation Program, which involves training in conflict resolution.

Happiness Club
(Meets D day, both lunches)  

This club aims to make life as positive as it can be.  It is nicknamed the 40% club, because that is how much of our happiness that we can control, and here we strive to make the most of it.  We talk about positive psychology and do different things in the community to spread that happiness. looking for new members! All are welcome!Meets D day, both lunches, location TBD 

Advisor: Mr. Ingraham
Millis’ Students Against Destructive Decisions chapter is dedicated to helping teenagers make the right choices in order to stay healthy and safe.  We focus on two topics a month including: drunk driving, tobacco, marijuana, depression, date rape and others. Meets once every cycle at lunch.

Student Council
Advisor: Miss Ziemba
An elected body of students who provide leadership opportunities, heighten school spirit, organize student events, community service projects, etc.

Advisor: Ms. Copice  
The MS/HS Dance Club has a goal of bringing dance to everyone.  We offer dance clases for all abilities afterschool in the auditorium on Fridays from 2:30 - 3:30, and then on other days as demand warrants.  We host the annual product of the Nutcracker each year as well as the Spring Dance Recital, which features some student choreography in addition to  ensemble pieces.  Additionally,  we meeting during both lunches on G days  in room 109 to connect, watch videos, talk dance, and do the behind-the-scenes tasks necessary to mount two productions a year.

The yearbook is put together by a staff of students that work during lunch and after school.  Layouts are designed on the computer and utilize digital photography.  Students in all grades are welcome.

Youth in Government
Advisor: Miss Ziemba
Youth in Government is a state-wide program sponsored by the YMCA in which high school students (delegates) across the Commonwealth participate in legislative, jud icial, and executive practices along with experiencing first hand the role of the press and the task of lobbying for bills.  They spend three days in March at the MA State House defending their bills before committees along with conducting mock trials and publishing daily articles. debate compelling issues, gain interpersonal skills, practice public speaking, strengthen writing skills, and ultimately make connections and life-long friendships across the state.  
(Meets Thursdays, 4:30-6 p.m.)

Chem Club
Advisor:  Ms. Copice
The American Chemical Society Chem Club provides fun, authentic, hands-on opportunities to experience chemistry beyond the classroom. ( Meets D day, first lunch room 109)

Student Library Teen Council
Advisor: Mrs. Divver
The School Library Teen Counceil is a group of students, grades 8-12, who assist in making decisions to better serve their peers in the library.  Students will help choose books, create programs, contsts, and displays, and assist in forming library policies and procedures.  The students decide what they would like as a program, organize it, publicize it, and promote the school library.  They plan possible designs for reading areas and will be involved in all library programs such as fairs, author visits, coffee house literary nights. Meets C day both lunches in the library.

Marketing Team
Advisor: Mr. Kraby
The Millis Marketing Team was born int he spring of 2018.  It's purpose is to introduce students to the idea of authentic community involvement in the realm of business relations.  Students meet inside and outside school to plan and execute Millis Family Funfest.  In turn, students will run activities on gameday at MHS football games. Meets G day, second lunch Room 123.

​Big Sisters
Advisor:  Ms. Leman
This club provides leadership opportunities to HS girls as mentors to MS girls who need a buddy.  Mentors provide guidance, a friendly face and advice on transitioning to HS as well as coping with Middle School life and challenges.
